Why this site exists
Most casino comparison sites are written for the UK or for "Europe" in general. They quote sterling, recommend payment methods Irish players rarely use and ignore Irish law entirely. We write only for players in Ireland: euro prices, Irish banks and Revolut, Irish bank holidays and Irish regulation, including the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 and the GRAI.
Who we are
Michael Turner, Editor-in-Chief
Michael has worked in the iGaming industry for more than twelve years and has signed up for and scored more than 240 online casinos. He leads our testing process, signs off every ranking and reviews every page before publication. Based in Dublin, he focuses on bonus terms, payout behaviour and the changes coming with the Irish gambling regulator.

How we test a casino
Every casino goes through the same five-stage process: licence and ownership (30%), withdrawal behaviour (25%), bonus terms (20%), games and providers (15%), and support and safer-play tools (10%). How we make money
We may earn a commission when a reader signs up at a casino through one of our links. That never affects rankings or scores. A casino that fails our tests is not listed, whatever commission it offers, and a casino that stops accepting Irish players is removed.

How often we update
Rankings are reviewed at least monthly, and immediately when a casino changes its bonus terms, payment methods, licence or country availability. Regulatory pages are updated as the GRAI announces each new phase of licensing.
